Fitness Programs

Group Training Classes

We are proud to offer our group training classes, open to the public, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 6:00PM to 7:00PM. Don’t have time for an evening class? We also offer lunchtime classes called Quickfit. These classes are held from 11:30AM – 1:00PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Our unique training offers a variety of activities with our experienced trainers, designed to give you the maximum benefit as you pursue physical fitness.

Kettlebell Training
The kettlebell is the single most diverse piece of equipment for total-body strength and calorie burn. This is not a glossed over version of kettlebell workouts. You will learn the proper technique from an SFG1 instructor.

Pure Intervals
Interval training has been shown to burn the most calories in the shortest amount of time. Our interval class is as diverse as it is intense. You will use Concept2 rowers and ski ergs, Jacob’s ladder, Air Assault bikes, and treadmills in a variety of intensities and recovery periods designed to get the maximum benefit.

Serious Strength
Looking to gain muscle in a slower-paced workout? Serious Strength is for you. Using many conventional methods involving dumbbells, cables, kettlebells, and much more, you will see the gains in each strength.

Boot Camp
This is our “melting pot” workout, in which we break out all the tools at PitFit! Battle ropes, bands, plyometrics, cardio, Fit Light, Crosscores, Indo Boards, and so much more is part of this multi-station workout high on energy and creativity.

Interval Interface
Take our popular Pure Interval class, combine it with Boot Camp, and you have a class that features an emphasis on getting the heart rate up along with strength/functional training.
