Digital Performance Coaching (Premier)

Our Digital Performance Coaching programs are tailored to your body and lifestyle and will help you improve every aspect of your health and performance, from training and nutrition to sleep and stress management.

Receive a detailed, well-rounded training program designed specifically for you by one of our coaches that delivers the results you want, along with an education that will help you become self-sufficient and maintain your results for life.

Training Program Design

Have one of our coaches design a training program specifically for you and your health and performance goals.
Following an initial consultation, your coach will design a detailed program tailored specifically to you and your body.

Receive your custom-made training program on a monthly basis along with a 30-minute phone call with your coach to ensure your program is executed properly.

Digital Performance Coaching (Express)

PitFit’s Express Digital Performance Coaching delivers a monthly training program, along with nutrition and lifestyle coaching lesson to your inbox on a weekly basis.

Program Features Include:
– Your choice of template training program
– Nutrition coaching lessons
– Lifestyle coaching lessons – stress management, sleep quality, and more
– Access to our exclusive exercise database with video tutorials for all your exercises

Express Program Offerings:

Fat Burn

 

If you are looking to lose weight and keep it off, finally drop those last few pounds, or simply achieve a leaner look, the Fat Burn program will work great for you.

This program is a perfect fit for those who are looking to maximize fat loss and/or have limited time to dedicate to the gym.

The Fat Burn program requires as little as 2 and up to 5 days of commitment per week. Workouts will be quick, generally lasting 45-60 mins with minimal work to do on “off days.”

Health & Longevity
The Health & Longevity program will get you moving better and feeling younger.

This program works to restore proper movement and function, while increasing strength, improving cardiovascular health, and more! The Health & Longevity program is designed to build you slowly from the ground up, without leaving you excessively sore and beat up.

Enjoy fun yet challenging workouts that are minimally time consuming, requiring just 45-60 minutes, 2-4 times per week.

The Specimen
If a lean, muscular body is what you’re looking for, The Specimen program is for you.

The Specimen program is perfect for recreational or competitive body builders or figure competitors, fitness models, or anyone looking for a more defined, muscular look.

The Specimen program is no generic body building program. This is an advanced and scientifically-based program that will have you looking, moving, and feeling your best.

Your training program will consist of 3-6 training sessions of 60-90 minutes per week and leave you with the body you’ve always dreamed of!

The Warrior
Strength and resilience: that’s what The Warrior program is all about.

If you’re a combat athlete, weekend warrior, or want to be in the absolute greatest shape of your life, then this is your program! The Warrior program will take your strength, power, and endurance to levels you never thought were possible.

This program is one of our more advanced programs and requires a little more time and commitment. You will complete workouts generally lasting 60-90 minutes a minimum of 3-4 times per week, and up to 5-6 if you choose.

The Warrior program will be very challenging and demanding at times, but it will leave you physically and mentally stronger and more resilient, and in the greatest shape of your life.

The Monster
For those looking to set new PRs, those who dream of having super-human strength, and those who just love to pick things up and put them down, look no further than The Monster program.

This program is perfect for recreational and competitive powerlifters, those looking to drastically increase strength, and those who just love lifting heavy weight. The Monster program will help you reach new levels of max strength and power, while also improving movement, cardiovascular function, and more.

This is one of our more advanced and time-consuming programs. Those enrolling in this program can expect to perform a minimum of 3-4 training sessions per week lasting 1-2 hours, as well as performing an additional 30-60 minutes of work on 1-2 “off days” each week.

The Freak
Unleash your inner athletic freak.

The Freak program will make you bigger, faster, and stronger, unleashing your full athletic potential.

This program is perfect for recreational and competitive athletes, or just anyone who wants to become an absolute machine. You will run faster, jump higher, and lift more.

The Freak is one of our more advanced and time-consuming programs. This is meant for athletes who are already in shape and looking to take their performance to the next level. Your training program will consist of 5-6 training sessions per week, lasting up to 2 hours.
