Privateer Program

 


 

Our Privateer Program offers programs and education from our top coaches that will help you gain that desired edge on the competition and take your physical performance to a new level, all at an affordable price.

Your training program will improve your mobility, reaction time, g-force resistance, core strength, neck strength, grip strength, and much more. Each one of your exercises will come with a detailed video tutorial to ensure proper execution of the program, as well as access to our training video database.

Along with your training program, you will receive weekly lessons to help you improve dietary habits and stress management in order to promote continuous progress and optimal performance on track.

Our nutrition coaching curriculum will help you develop healthy dietary habits one at a time, instead of implementing militant guidelines that are common to restrictive fad diets. The curriculum will teach you how to eat right for your performance goals and body type to ensure lasting success.

Through our Stress Management curriculum, you will learn how stress impacts your physical and mental performance, as well as how you can better manage stress to enhance recovery between bouts of training and competition, and promote peak performance while on track.

 P1 Driver Performance Program (Entry-Level) 

The P1 Driver Performance Program is designed specifically to help motorsports athletes excel under even the most physically demanding circumstances. With this program you will improve the physical and cognitive traits needed to exceed on track.

The Entry-Level program is recommended for those who have not been training regularly, have minimal training experience, or have a limited amount of time.This program requires a commitment of 4-5 days/week, with training sessions lasting 60-90 minutes.

 P1 Driver Performance Program (Advanced)

The P1 Driver Performance Program is designed specifically to help motorsports athletes excel under even the most physically demanding circumstances. With this program you will improve the physical and cognitive traits needed to exceed on track.

The Advanced program is recommended for athletes who have been training regularly, have a significant amount of training experience, or would consider themselves to have a high level of fitness. This programwill require a commitment of 5-6 days/week, with training sessions generally lasting 75-90 minutes.

 Weight-Loss for Motorsports (Entry-Level) 

Need to drop a few pounds to improve your performance on track?

Our Weight Loss for Motorsports program will help you get to that optimal bodyweight, while also increasing strength, endurance, and other qualities needed to handle the physical demands of the sport.

The Entry-Level program is recommended for those who have not been training regularly, have minimal training experience, or have a limited amount of time.This program requires a commitment of 3-5 days/week, with training sessions generally lasting 60-75 minutes.

Weight-Loss for Motorsports (Advanced)

 Off Season Motorsports Performance Program 

Our Off-Season Motorsports Performance program will get you prepared to handle the physical demands of a long, grueling season.

Gain a competitive advantage over the competition with this motorsports-specific program.  This program will improve your neck strength, grip strength, G-force resistance, reaction time, and other qualities that will ensure you’re performing your best on track.
