Personal Training – HEALTH & FITNESS
PitFit’s personal training options offer individual programming and instruction from our highly-skilled coaches.
Unlike many gyms and personal training studios, our coaches provide you with a full training plan, not simply a workout. Each client receives an initial consultation and fitness evaluation to ensure that we design the ideal program for them.
There is no “typical” PitFit client. Our private and semi-private personal training provides the highest level service for people of all ages and occupations. Athlete or desk-jockey, young or old, we can help you meet and exceed your health and fitness goals.
Semi-Private Personal Training
Our semi-private personal training model is a popular and affordable way to receive individualized programming and coaching. All members undergo and initial evaluation in order to gather the information to prepare your individualized training plan.
Following the initial assessment, members are placed in small groups with no more than 4:1 student to coach ratio. Each member performs their own unique program. While other people may be working with you, you will likely be doing completely different exercises. Your coach will provide coaching and cueing to make sure exercises and movements are executed properly.
All sessions are 60 minutes and members can come during designated hours Monday through Saturday.
1-On-1 Personal Training
Though most of our members work in our Semi-Private Personal Training groups, we do offer 1-On-1 personal training with our coaches.
These 1-On-1 sessions take place during our “calmer” hours, and may be a good option for those wanting a more private training environment. Additionally, these sessions are ideal for someone who needs to train outside of PitFit’s normal business hours.
All 1-On-1 personal training members receive an in-depth evaluation and completely individualized program, along with guidance from their coach on nutrition, recovery, stress management, and more.
Pricing and Packages:
1 session – $80
8 session package – $600 ($40 in savings)
12 session package – $900 ($60 in savings)
1-session – $120
8-session package – $900 ($60 in savings)
12-session package – $1350 ($90 in savings)
*All sessions must be used within 1-year of purchase date
*Must provide 24 hour-notice for any session cancellation
As with our 1-On-1 personal training, Group Training is an excellent fit for those wanting to with friends or significant others in a more private setting. Group Training sessions take place during our “calmer” hours.
All Group Training members receive an in-depth evaluation and completely individualized program, along with guidance from their coach on nutrition, recovery, stress management, and more.
All Group Training sessions are 60-minutes.

8-session package: $450/per person ($30 in savings per person)
12-session package: $650/per person ($70 in savings per person)
