We are proud to offer our group training classes, open to the public, on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:00pm-7:00pm and Saturdays 9:00am-10:00am.
Don’t have time for an evening class? We also offer lunchtime classes called Quickfit. These classes are held from 11:30AM – 1:00PM on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Using many conventional methods involving dumbbells, cables, kettlebells, and much more, you will see the gains in strength
through each exercise.
This is our “melting pot” workout, in which we break out all the tools at PitFit! Battle ropes, bands, plyometrics, cardio, Fit Light, Crosscores, Indo Boards, and so much more is part of this multi-station workout high on energy and creativity.
Take our popular Pure Interval class, combine it with Boot Camp, and you have a class that emphasizes getting the heart rate up along with strength/functional training.
